vermouth

Pesticide intended for the control of mites, mealybugs, thrips and moth larvae in agricultural crops.

Vermouth is a fermentation product of soil microorganisms. The preparation penetrates the plant and its action on the insect is mainly through the digestive system. Vermouth acts on the insect’s nervous system and causes its rapid paralysis. Insects and mites lose their ability to move shortly after exposure to vermouth. Mortality occurs 4 to 7 days after spraying.
